The client approached us with a beautiful property on Browick Road that lacked sufficient kitchen space. With the client’s vision and detailed plans, we set out to enhance the home by removing the rear wall and constructing a 28m² flat-roof kitchen extension. Due to the original structure, the project required the installation of multiple steel beams to ensure structural integrity.

The extension featured a 3-meter bi-fold door, offering stunning views of the spacious rear garden and flooding the kitchen with natural light. This was further complemented by a pitched roof lantern, adding an airy and bright atmosphere to the space.

We installed a classic shaker-style kitchen, complete with a breakfast island for added functionality and style. The interior was finished with elegant oak herringbone luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, and the project also included a complete makeover of the downstairs shower room to match the updated aesthetic.

This transformation not only delivered a spacious and functional kitchen but also elevated the overall character of the home, perfectly blending modern design with the property’s original charm.
